Harsh Roopchand (Managing Director, Ringleader)
Is a Luxury Lifestyle Specialist, offering novel turnkey solutions under his marketing, branding and promotion consultancy, ÉPIQUE LTD. In addition to assisting with M1NT, Natalie Dissel Jewelry, supperclub, Sugar Rush, Fluid Media and LOTUS, he most recently helped launch LUXLife, stemming from the world of resort-based real-estate. In addition to the sales, marketing, PR, and client relations, he created strategic alliances with key partners and leaders in the yacht, private jet, concierge, boutique hotel, business hotel, resort, spa/wellness and social club world, all of which he is passionate about.

Harsh held the role of GM Client Relations at Singapore based property fund, 135 DEGREES, and prior to that the role of Director of Residential Villa Sales, heading up Six Senses Private Residences globally. He reported directly to, Sonu Shivdasani, the Chairman and CEO of Six Senses Resorts & Spas.

Earlier to that Harsh held a dual role within Six Senses, where he was Director of Exclusive Products, focusing on marketing the group’s high-end offering, and acting as Executive Assistant to the Chairman and CEO. Preceding this role, he held various sales and marketing positions at the multi-award winning Soneva Fushi and Soneva Gili in the Maldives, leading to his appointment to Director of Sales and Marketing for the two properties . He remains a Global Ambassador.

Harsh earned his BSc in International Hospitality Management from the Ecole Hôtelière de Lausanne in Switzerland after completing his A levels at Harrow School in the UK. Harsh enjoys music, cooking and is dedicated to contributing personal energy to charitable causes. Trying to give back to society, he is an honorary patron of The Lotus Flower Foundation, which aims to eradicate child abuse and build integrated support-focused shelters for orphans, as well as The Solange Paz Mendoza Foundation, which raises awareness and provides financial support to children in Asia who suffer from infectious and terminal diseases such as cancer, HIV, and malaria – both NGO’s based out of Thailand.  He recently took a sabbatical to explore spirituality and teach disabled children at the Society for the Education of the Crippled in India.


“Influencer": this outgoing, gregarious person is at home with strangers. He has poise and social capability, develops friendships easily and rarely antagonizes others intentionally, able to create enthusiasm in others for a cause.An extensive and active network of contacts provides this person with a basis of influence for doing business.

Mansur Ali (Director, Confidant)
Is an Investment Specialist with over 15 years of experience in Financial Advisory and Principal Investments. He has an established track record of providing creative solutions in complex Advisory mandates. As a Private Equity investor he has experience throughout the investment life cycle and has worked closely with leading global management teams. He has worked with or managed the following assets Mandarin Oriental New York, Turnberry Resort, W Washington DC, Barneys New York, Loehmann's, Cirque du Soleil, ESPA.

Mansur was a Director at Istithmar World Capital, a Dubai based private equity fund. He managed assets of over $1.5 billion, his responsibilities included sourcing, execution and asset management. He also maintained relationships with other Sovereign Wealth Funds, Private Equity funds and Family Offices in the GCC.

He worked as a consultant at Monitor, a leading global management consulting firm. He worked on designing and implementing growth strategies for clients seeking to roll-out new products or expand into new geographies. Prior to that Mansur worked at Structured Finance Group and Nimiq Capital a capital market advisory and hedge fund based in New York City.

Mansur earned his BScin Business Administration from Boston University, in Boston Massachusetts in the US . Mansur has recently taken up golf and is very enthusiastic about it. He loves to read and spend time with his family.

Sonja Kolmer (Épique Events, Fierce Champagne Angel)

Is currently working for UBS AG as a Client Advisor Assistant for the Ultra-High-Networth client segment and recently completed her third year there.  Working with some of the most influential persons around the world, this position gives her great exposure not only to dealing with the Ultra-High-Networth clients' needs in all finance related elements but also in their personal entertainment as well as event organization.

Sonja successfully completed her BSc in International Hospitality Management at the Ecole Hôtelière de Lausanne in Switzerland, including two six months work experiences in the F&B departments of Le Richemond Hotel, Geneva, and Sales & Marketing department of the Kempinski Grand Hotel Heiligendamm respectively.

Prior to this, having a great interest in the fashion industry, she gained valuable insight into the business while working for Emporio Armani in Geneva. Besides fashion, her main passion is wining & dining, entertaining people and traveling/getting to know other cultures.

"Entertainer": this always smiling, always happy lady pulls everyone around her into her pink bubble of enjoying every day and night like it were your last.

Due to her love for life and feeling most at home in the VIP sections of the clubs/events around the world with a glass of champagne in her hand, she has an ease to make friends with everyone and always ensures that they are having a fabulous time. being a girl always thinking of "the big picture", she is most content when a plan comes together and seeing everyone happy and having a great time as a result.

Tom Key (Head of Evolution, The Evolutionator)
Unites flexibility and sustainability within a strong strategic business sense. His experience “on the field” makes him a perfect addition to the Épique leaders and in his role as Head of Evolution.

Tom’s working experience started with the development of a retail-brand, which expanded within a short time internationally. He implemented stores in 11 countries around the globe with a consistent and sustainable growth, overseeing the strategy and the operations of the business. Out of his market and business understanding, Tom co-founded a luxurious subsidiary of the business. Branding, Strategy, Product-design and – development lead to a successful opening of stores on 3 different continents.

Further to his strength in creating, developing and leading a brand, he was managing an FMCG category, sourcing for one of the biggest retailers in the world.

Besides his office experience, Tom managed as well a high-end FMCG store himself, employing 120 people.

Having a background in alcohol (literally!), Tom holds a Diplom Ingenieur’s degree in Winemaking and Technology of Beverages.

What else is there to know?! Tom loves good food and wines. He ran several marathons, including NYC, Bordeaux and The Great Wall Marathon and besides being- and speaking German, he is fluent in English, French and Spanish.
